Tides Medical Receives Innovative Technology Contract from Vizient for APLICOR 3D 

LAFAYETTE, LA – May 1, 2025 – Tides Medical, a biotechnology company offering regenerative medicine solutions, announced today its wound regeneration system APLICOR 3D has received an Innovative Technology contract from Vizient, Inc., the nation’s largest provider-driven healthcare performance improvement company.  The contract was awarded based on the recommendation of APLICOR 3D by hospital experts who serve on one of Vizient’s client-led councils, and it signifies to Vizient provider clients unique qualities that potentially bring improvement to the healthcare industry.   

Innovative Technology contracts are recommended after review and interaction with products submitted through Vizient’s Innovative Technology Program. Vizient client-led councils identify technologies that have the potential to enhance clinical care, patient safety, healthcare worker safety or improve business operations of healthcare organizations.  

The APLICOR 3D Platform is a hyper-personalized tissue regeneration system with three key components: integrated AI application with wound detection and 3D file generator; a tissue regenerating 3D printer; and a kit containing single-use scaffold and printing components to prevent cross contamination.
